Email/Microsoft Exchange Hosting
Each Cloud plan comes with email for each user (hosted Exchange server to be exact). You can increase storage as needed.

Each firm gets their own dedicated servers. Many cloud firms skimp here, putting you on a shared server configuration, jeopardizing both your performance and security.
In addition to dedicated servers, we scale the amount of servers you need based on performance best practices. So when you add users or a new application that uses more resources, we roll out new servers to your firm at no additional cost. This is truly not the norm with cloud providers! N = Need. We do that +1. This means your firm not only has the servers you need for performance, but we add another for good measure should a server have an issue. This is beyond rare in our space…no one else will offer this for you without you having to spend a pretty penny on it.
Application Delivery Method
In most cases, who cares what's going on in the background, so long as it works? Well, it matters in this case. Many cloud providers skimp in areas to make margin, and this is one of them. We use Citrix for our application delivery. Citrix is better for many reasons and can be summed up by a few major points: better performance, better printing, better multi-monitor support and more stability.
In addition to the other servers we give you access to, we light up your firm with a SQL Express dedicated sever. SQL express is often needed when an application calls for its use. We make full version of SQL available at an additional cost.
Technology issues are inevitable. Making it even less fun is when you have to worry about being billed each time you have an issue. No longer! If you are having a problem with an application in our Cloud, or something isn't working quite right, all your support is included. Based on your local managed services plan, we will even help you troubleshoot your devices, printing issues, and everything else that may come up (see below for explanation of that plan).
What is an assigned consultant? You know how you call a company for support and you always get a different person and they have no clue who you are? Well, this is the opposite of that. This is a rare offering, but one we have found to be critical in the success of our clients over the years. While not having an assigned consultant is less than ideal, it is also not a show stopper. No other cloud company offers an assigned consultant because it adds significant costs to the model. This is one of the reasons the Core plan has a lower cost.
Assigned Client Services Manager
Like the assigned consultant, this is also a major added bonus. Our Client Services Managers (CSM) exist to create another layer of support dealing more so with the needs of the firm on a business level vs. day-to-day IT stuff. CSMs help you think through upcoming technology shifts, plan new workstation roll outs, find other firms who have tried something, and the list goes on.
Going to the Cloud is different, and different is sometimes scary. Don't worry, we won't throw you under the bus with the looming change but will instead come alongside and dedicate a person to the process. This is getting repetitive, but this is also unheard in the cloud space. Most cloud conversions involve uploading your data, crossing your fingers, and a pat on the back.
