This assessment requires completion of  team and organizational objectives surveys and an IT budget worksheet prior to our visit.  Staff will also need to be available throughout the onsite visit (usually one day) for interviews. Two to five members from Tax, Audit, Accounting, Administration, and network support must each attend interviews, and the owners must attend a two-hour session providing a summary of the findings at the conclusion of the Cloud Readiness Assessment.

We will provide a detailed written report that indicates the firm’s position within each of the 5 key readiness categories, details specific recommendations, and provides an executive analysis of the firm’s IT budget.  The Cloud Readiness Assessment requires one day on-site and one and a half days offsite to complete.

Assessment fees:

$8,500 for firms with greater than 70 personnel/workstations or 3+ locations

$7,750 for firms with between 40 and 70 personnel/workstations

$7,000 for firms with less than 40 members/workstations

Pricing valid through October 15, 2012.  The firm will reimburse all related travel expenses.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change until services contracted.
