Cloud User Management
As the Administrator of your firm’s account you have two options for adding, deleting or modifying a user’s account:
Self Service – new user setup only $99
Modify user accounts at Xcentric Account Center
Once the user has been modified, we will receive notification and billing will be adjusted as necessary. Please refer to your agreement for more details on billing.
* Exceptions:
- If your firm moved to the Cloud prior to 2010, you may not have the ability to assign applications to the newly created user. Please give us a call at 678.297.0066 or send an email to support@xcentric.com for assistance with this.
- The pricing listed applies to full Cloud Users. Please refer to your agreement for prices if you subscribe to ancillary services such as Hosted Email.
Assisted Service – new user setup $349
This legacy option may require up to 36 hours to process account setup and configuration. Completing the Cloud User Management request will create a helpdesk ticket and you will receive a receipt via email to monitor progress. Should additional information be needed to complete your request(s), we will contact you via the contact information entered below.
Please note that for security and billing reasons, only your firm’s designated Administrator(s) may submit requests.
